Fish On Rice specializes in premium home dining and cocktail experiences. From private omakase sessions to off-premise special events, we cater to you and your guests' palate while being approachable and unique.

CHEF MARK

Mark started Fish On Rice in September 2020 to fulfill the niche of creating high quality cuisine in the comfort of the home.

 

As head chef and owner, he greets the challenges that lie ahead with the highest attention to quality and safety. His style of cooking is described as contemporary Japanese, integrating American classics; stylized towards the diversity of the modern American palate.
